This is another article called "Little Red Dress". Every woman has got the little black dress but I am pretty sure they have or they should have a red one in their closet. The image in the background is part of the series but I zoomed it in to get the close-up, near her bump, sort of what Marilyn Monroe used to do. I have seen that white rectangle somewhere and I really like it. I believe it gives elegance and it is sophisticated. Because the dress is supposed to be "little" I tried to find a font to match that: not to extravagant but not simple either.
It's called Mathilde. It's one of my favourite fonts. As I said, my magazine is mostly based on images but I tried to write something like a description of what the article is about. Also, because of that detail revealing from underneath her skirt, I thought I might as well be cheeky. :) I do like how the white shape goes with the image. love it.
For the first dress, I used the same font for continuity and because the images are taken outside, in the nature I thought I might try to create that feeling by leaving more white space but in a why not to look empty. I love how the font looks.
