When it comes to publication, "interactivity" is very important and it is centered around haptic interaction with the reader - its touch, its feel, its weight.

After the concept is decided, the next stage is to decide on a format;

1. binding could be laid bare or made complex
2. page size - huge or small
3. paper - glossy, matte or retro style

• could use colour tape
• cover could be pure white or could add little things to it like feathers, stones, diamonds to make it look great and if I want to add something creative
• die cuts for the reader to peel back ; "deconstruction brings revelation"

- I don't know exactly how the magazine will look but what I have in mind is to make the edge of the pages red so when you look at the magazine from the side you can see the pages are red.

also, the spine of the magazine will be red. it will also depend in the cover, to see how I am going to connect the 2 of them, if I will do that

I will be thinking about other things I could do to the magazine but I will need to design the magazine first and whilst I do that I will decide. I have to consider the budget as well which is quite small. so will see
